Chris Skowronski
Software Engineer

About Me

My name is Chris Skowronski. I am a technology nerd and huge sports fan. I am currently a Software Engineer at Cerner. I recently graduated from the University of Pittsburgh where I studied Computer Science & Biology.

I love to create and design. I am interested in data science, financial engineering, and development

I recently finished up an internship with rhipe Solutions and got industry experience in cloud computing and web development. I created cloud applications and company portals. I really enjoyed working as a consultant and meeting with businesses to create solutions that suited their needs. My main experience is in developing applications using object-oriented languages as well as using Javascript frameworks to build the front-end.

When I'm not in front of a computer I love to be outside playing baseball. Growing up it was such a huge part of my life and I still really enjoy going to the ballpark or just having a catch. I have made lifelong friends on the field and will always be a fan.
